After the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Technical Policy for Recycling and Utilization of Electric Vehicle Power Batteries (2015 Edition)" (draft for comments) in September 2015, on January 8, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicly solicited opinions on the "Industry Standard Conditions for Comprehensive Utilization of New Energy Vehicle Waste Power Batteries" (draft for comments) and the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Industry Standard Announcement for Comprehensive Utilization of New Energy Vehicle Waste Power Batteries" (draft for comments), ushering in a policy dividend for the power battery dismantling industry.


The electronic waste dismantling and treatment industry has been preliminarily standardized and integrated under the fund subsidy system, and we believe that automobile dismantling is expected to become the next policy focus. Among them, China's new energy vehicle industry has strong policy guidance, and subsidy funds are easy to collect. The dismantling of power batteries has become a breakthrough point in the automotive dismantling industry policy.
